”It was 10pm and I was taking a nap when my Block Leader called me to suggest a possible switch in grade placement. I was right on board and excited because instead of driving all the way to Fullerton I would just have to drive to Chino; & that’s a huge difference! She then told me it’s 6th grade. Jaw dropped - but she went on explaining that the “Mother Hen” in her couldn’t take me having to leave my house so early (5am sometime even earlier) to avoid somewhat of the freeway chaos. She said that she knows that this wasn’t my cup of tea (her words) but that she was confident I could handle it based on my personality because I just cut straight to the chase. Hope this works out!
